Staff

We are a total of about 30 employees, most of which are located in Borås
and some constantly on the move. As many companies do, we strive to
employ a wide range of people with regard to gender, age, background, and experience.

And yet we still try to coach them into team that work. We have an adaptive
organization where information pretty much flows freely because
we believe that our staff will perform better if they know more, and therefore they are
given more responsibility which ensures their growth with Viskan.

As does Jan Carlzon, former CEO of SAS, we strongly believe that employees who
are not given information can not take responsibility while those who are given
information can't do anything but take responsibility.
