Customer Success Manager
Do you want to help e-commerce companies grow, automate and take control of their business? As Customer Success Manager at Viskan, you will be a key player in helping our customers do exactly that!
About the role
Your main mission is to help Viskan's customers succeed by supporting and developing the e-commerce of customers such as Lager 157, Apoteket and Pelle P, with the Viskan E-commerce platform as your tool. You are the bridge between our product and our customers' reality. You understand the customers' needs and business, and as an expert on the product you can therefore work proactively, proposing new features and solutions that drive them forward.
You direct your focus to wherever the need for strategic support, relationship building and business development is currently greatest, in close collaboration with our Customer Managers, who handle more of the day-to-day work. You also work very closely with several teams within Viskan to make sure that, together, we have some of the most satisfied customers on the market.
Your responsibilities
- Hold strategic dialogues with customers about their future, business goals and long-term development.
- Understand the customers' ecosystems – how different systems, integrations, flows and processes fit together, in order to challenge and develop them to get maximum value from our solutions.
- Turn new platform features into concrete value for the customer, in collaboration with our product owners.
- Lead projects and coordinate the rollout of new features and solutions at the customer.
- Drive go-to-market work: make sure new features are not just delivered, but actually used and creating value for the customers.
Your profile
We believe you have a genuine interest in and experience of e-commerce, IT ecosystems, integrations and digital solutions, and that you understand how things fit together technically. You enjoy working proactively and spot business opportunities before the customer asks for them. You find it easy to build trust and long-term relationships, and you love driving several dialogues and projects in parallel with good structure. In addition to this:
- A genuine curiosity about the customers' businesses and a will to understand their goals and vision in order to help them get there.
- Experience of independently developing and managing customer relationships.
- Comfortable using AI in your daily work, to work smarter and more efficiently.
- A great ability to switch between tasks, big and small, and to see problems as a fun challenge. A good attitude solves most things!
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, as we have colleagues and customers in other countries. If you also speak Finnish, that is a big plus!
We understand that you cannot know everything from the start. That is why it is important for us to find the right person with strong commitment, drive and a will to learn – therefore, we will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
