With Viskan Pick & Pack, you can take the Click & Collect experience one step further. When a customer shops online and chooses to collect their parcel in store, the system checks the store’s stock levels. If the items in the order are available in store stock, store staff automatically receive a notification that there is an order to pick and pack. That means the order can be ready for collection in a very short time. For your customer, it feels like shopping directly in store, but with the reassurance that the item they want is actually available.


When you can use your physical stores as satellite warehouses, you ease the load on your central warehouse so it can work even more efficiently. Smart features give you a smooth flow 

Pick & Pack is used together with Click & Collect in Viskan Omnichannel. With this feature, all your store stock is synchronised and the system detects whether the store has the item in stock for faster delivery. Just like Click & Collect, every step in the process is designed to be as simple and fast as possible. If the items in the customer’s order are available in store stock, store staff are notified that there is an order to pick in store. If, for any reason, staff do not have time to handle it, the items are sent from the central warehouse instead, so your customer always receives their order. Pick & Pack still has a high completion rate. 70% of all parcels that can be picked in store are picked in store.


Once the order has been picked and is ready, your customer automatically receives an SMS or email saying the parcel is ready for collection. That can happen less than ten minutes after the order was placed.


Using a simple three-click view, store staff can quickly and automatically process the e-commerce order and print the packing slip. If you use Shipment for fast local deliveries from the store, shipping labels are printed at the same time.


The system keeps full control of stock levels for all products across all stores. That reduces store administration, and Pick & Pack is only offered in store when it is actually possible.


Two-factor authentication ensures that the right customer receives the right parcel, and that the customer or courier is authorised to collect it.
